Stay home if you feel sick on the day of the clinic.
• Insurances accepted: Medicare Part B, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United HealthCare, Oxford, ConnectiCare, Cigna, Aetna.
• Bring all insurance cards.
• Wear your mask.
• Wear short sleeves to allow for easy access to your arm.
